RHoliday Resort Unity Security Co-ordinator

Salary Range - From £20,000 depending on experience, to be discussed at interview.

The South West's largest privately owned holiday Resort is recruiting for an experienced security co-ordinator required to manage all security operations on the Resort.

Holiday Resort Unity combines the facilities of Unity Farm and Brean Leisure Park. Owned by the House Family the Resort has developed vastly over the last 50 years of operation. Spread over 200 acres with 650 privately owned holiday caravans, 600 touring pitches and 150 hire fleet caravans.  Facilities include an 800 seater family entertainment venue. Two 200 capacity function rooms, supermarket, arcades, pool complex, golf club, garden centre, catering outlets and events arena. 

Guest numbers on the Resort vary from 500 up to 6000 plus up to an additional 8000 day visitors on the Resort at peak periods.

The role requires a proactive approach to all aspects of the co-ordination and management of security activities, whilst being able to present a calm, friendly and diplomatic approach to enforcing Resort rules and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our team members and guests.

Managing approximately a team of 12 personnel that consist of door supervisors and security patrols and liaising with department managers and external agencies in all aspects of security at the site SIA licence essential along with several years of experience in the security or police industry.
